Pay rates
Our pay rates are above award, reflecting the professional skills required by our team to adapt to new environments on a regular basis. Regardless of where you work on any shift your pay is consistent and payroll taken care of for you. Penalty rates apply in line with the prescribed percentages in the award for afterhours and weekend work.
Training & UPSKILLING
NCC specialise in complex care, as such we have evolved over the years to strengthen how
we can best support our team and our community. With our in-house NCC trainer and assessors
we are actively able to provide the required annual mandatory training, and best yet, we can
also upskill our team into complex clinical skills.
Our training sessions are provided on a regular basis along with other specialised training
packages that will assist in your professional development, equipping you with additional skill
sets for future working opportunities within our team and beyond within your career.
Support & Care
We are only ever as good as our team, and we are proud to say we have a pretty amazing one! As such, we strive to always ensure our team members feel valued, heard and appreciated. This starts with ensuring that if you are on shift, we are on-call! 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to assist you in the case of emergency or issues you may face while on shift. You will always get a familiar voice at the end of our phone! Beyond this, we will spoil you on your birthday, graduations, births, marriages and beyond! Why? Because our team are the beating heart of what we strive to achieve!
HOW ARE YOU ROSTERED?
Upon successful recruitment, all service delivery teams will be invited to access National Community Care's scheduling Application, where all active employees will be able to update their availability, access client care plans and relevant information to support you in providing quality care to the client. Furthermore, the employee will be able to document and raise incident reports via the Applicaiton for a streamlined process to ensure quality care remains our primary focus.
When a shift comes through that matches your designation, skill set and availability, you will be assigned the shift and away we go.
Requirements

Minimum Cert III within the Healthcare Sector (Aged Care/ Individual Supports/ Disability/ Community etc)
-
And / OR studying to a higher achievement such as Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
-
ANY Nursing Position MUST hold an unconditional registration

Valid ACT Police Check

Drivers License and road worthy vehicle

Valid CPR and First Aid

Minimum of 6 months of paid experience

TWO professional references

100 Points of identification
